I learned about this from YouTuber Gabe Bult, when he did a review and had a discount code.
This is my second week and so far it's keeping me on track and focused. Especially on what's most important for the day. Also, there week in review is a helpful. I had to be painfully honest but it helped me see what didn't work and what to avoid the next week.
I just wish I didn't have to go back to the front of the book for the habit tracker part.
