Fast Processing

  • Processing time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard (3–7 business days): 

  • Expedited (2–3 business days): 

  • Free shipping: Orders $50+ within the continental U.S.

You’ll see real-time rates and delivery estimates at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Delivery Address & Changes

  • Need to update your address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@finishersecrets.com

  • We cannot reroute packages once they’re in transit.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, please:

    1. Check with household members and neighbors

    2. Look around entrances/mailroom

    3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  • Still missing? Email support@finishersecrets.com within 7 days of the delivery scan—include your order number and shipping address. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right wherever we can.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless stated.

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, and delays can occur at customs.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Dates shown at checkout are estimated ship windows. Your entire order may ship together when all items are ready (fewer boxes, greener footprint). Need split-shipping? Contact us.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO

  • We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible services. Expedited options may be limited.

Carrier Delays

  • Weather, peak season, or carrier issues may extend delivery times. We’ll keep you updated and advocate with the carrier on your behalf.
