As a 45 YO male with severe diagnosed ADHD and a very high stress executive career, I’ve always found it so challenging to stick with a planner or journal. Over the last 3 weeks while using the Finishers Journal, I look forward to starting my day by reviewing the last two days, closing tasks, transferring tasks, and closing out my week. I’m so thankful for this journal! It has truly been a game changer for me when it comes to setting 90 goals, breaking them into bite sized tasks, and following up with my day so I am prepared for the following.
