I love this system and I am sharing it with my Army buddies. I am excited to see everyone progress through this tool.

I like the pdf but format is difficult to print at home. I will use in discbound as i need to add additional pages often for other purposes

I absolutely love the Finishers Secret Journals. I showed one to my primary care physician and as soon as I pulled out the cover, he said "I've been looking at those." We paged through the format and I believe he is going to order one also. I gave one to a good friend and now we meet for coffee every Monday to have an "accountability" meeting together. I gave one to my daughter and she is using it for her workouts. Her quote: "Mom, let's get these forever!" Thank you for such a life changing product.

I'm loving my Finisher's Journal. As an (older) adult with ADHD, I have struggled for years with completing tasks. I'm great at making various lists and action plans, but they never seemed to keep me focused to the actual fruition of accomplishing the goal. The Finisher's Journal has tremendously helped with this. I don't know if the trick is in the reminders to return to weekly view so the progress is visible or if it's the nightly planning the next day with DOABLE tasks. Yes, I still have my moments of "Ugh, I don't want to" and finding a distraction, but these episodes are generally short-lived and invariably, when I look back to my journal, I can easily get back on track because I can actually see the progress I'm making. I can unequivocally recommend the Finisher's Journal to anyone and everyone.
