Loved the finisher journal but the pen fell apart after I tried to twist it open to write with it..

Pen good but could be better.
Pen writes well and love the quote on it. Very motivational. The one thing is it twists and doesn't stop so it gets confusing on which way to open and close. Also mine keeps coming apart and I have to push it back together. More like a $5 Pen than a $20 pen.

Pen is not worth it, journal looks cheap
Heavy feel, but gel pen is flawed, stopped writing almost immediately. Would not recommend.

Great pen, great ink!
I waited to order a second pen until I could get the refills through Finishers Secrets. They finally were available so I ordered the second pen and extra refills. They were less expensive than the original refills sold by another company.
The ink is fabulous! Unlike other gel inks, this one doesn't smear or get on your hands as you write over it. The tip is finer than others as well, which I really like for finer writing, finer details.
Ink flow is sometimes spotty because the nib is fine, but works perfectly in the FJ book. Better paper quality than regular journals, I'm assuming.
Note that the supply at time of this order was limited to one refill per order. But other than that, no complaints!

Great pen!
The pen has a very solid, expensive feel. It feels substantial in your hand and has a beautiful, fine stoke. Just as nice as my Mont Blanc pen. Great that the book has the pen loop too.

Feels great, performs a bit inconsistently
Love the feel of this pen—The weight, size, materials. It writes smoothly but I have found times when the ink flow isn't consistent. When it is flowing smoothly, it's great. But there are a few too many times where it needs be shaken or leaves thin, incomplete marks due to what feels like inconsistent ink flow even though the pen and cartridge are brand new.
