Block out time for calls, appointments, etc.

2️⃣ Primary Task (Must Do)

This should directly relate to your main goal.

3️⃣ Secondary Tasks (Should Do)

Important, but not deal-breakers if they don’t happen.

4️⃣ Reminders & Small Tasks

Jot down anything you don’t want to forget.

5️⃣ Time Blocking

− After scheduling events, see what’s left in your “day budget.”

− Block time for your primary task (1-2). Then secondary tasks.

− Treat these time blocks like appointments with yourself.
