The highest ROI habits?

In the life of an entrepreneur, uninterrupted focused work is pure gold. 

- It's where I dive into my $1000/hr activities.

- Create value.

- Sharpen my skills.

- Build things impossible to replicate.

The problem is like gold; focus is scarce and really hard to achieve.

Today, I bring you my top 3 non-negotiable habits to secure 3-4 hours of uninterrupted work.

Non-negotiable #1: 7-8 Hours of Quality Sleep

Ever heard, "Successful folks don’t sleep"?

Young me bought into this hype from some motivational online clips.

But, many iconic entrepreneurs actually treasure sleep:

- Tim Cook of Apple: 7 hours (9:30pm — 4:30am)

- Bill Gates of Microsoft: 7 hours (12am — 7am)

- Jack Dorsey of Twitter: 7 hours (10:30pm — 5:30am)

- Jeff Bezos of Amazon: 8 hours (9pm — 5am)

Only quality sleep fuels focus for long hours.

Sleep is now my top essential.

Non-negotiable #2: No Social Media/Email Till Lunch

Resist your phone in the morning.

It primes for distractions and spikes cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

Social media are built to hook us - learn to master yours.

Use your phone as a reward post a few focused hours to make work hours more engaging.

This habit also nudges you to kick-start your day proactively, not reactively.

Non-negotiable #3: Minimum 1 Hour of Uninterrupted Work

Focus comes from eliminating distractions.

Luckily, the two non-negotiables above will filter most of your daily distractions.

Next step?

Block at least an hour daily for Deep Focus.

No multitasking.

No phone.

Headphones on.

Only your best work.

An hour of Deep Focus beats 10 hours of distracted work.

Harness it for high ROI tasks (Writing ads, Cashflow forecast,  Prospecting, etc)

Start with an hour, then raise the bar to 2, 3, 4.
