The rule is simple: Do more high $$ value work - cut, automate and delegate the rest (in that order)

Every task in your business? Imagine it's got a price tag: $10/$100/$1000. That's what you'd pay someone else to do the job well.

Here's a look:

👉 Bookkeeping → $10

👉 Ads Management → $100

👉 Product Creation → $1000

Here's how I made it work, bottom up:

Step 1: Automation, and AI

I used Make.com and AI to trim out 5 hours of work – things like reports, follow-ups, and case studies.

Step 2: I hired a virtual assistant

He handles almost all the "$10/hr" work:

👉 Customer service

👉 Shipping orders

👉 DMs

👉 Content scheduling

👉 …and lots more

That cleared my plate by 15 hours.

Step 3: I outsourced the '$100/hr' tasks

My final step was to outsource many of the '$100' tasks to someone who could do the job even better than I could (freelancers or agencies)

👉 Email campaigns

👉 Content creation

👉 Facebook Ads Management.

That's an additional 5-10 hours in my pocket... Just like that!

What was left? Only the $1000/hour tasks:

💰 Coaching, sales calls

💰 Creating new products

💰 Product launches

💰 Cash Flow forecasts 

The result?

Record-breaking revenue for Finisher Secrets in 2022.
